If you want time to slow down, try losing weight. If you want time to move fast, fall in love or eat your favorite meal. Yes, I'm impatient. Aren't we all.
106.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
