1227 kcal Fat: 49.72g | Prot: 75.83g | Carb: 126.48g.   Breakfast: sugar free syrup log cabin, Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles, Turkey Sausage Patty, ocean spray cran grape. Dinner: cauliflower steamed, broccoli steamed, green pepper, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), onion, portabella mushroom. Snacks/Other: Orange Cream Bars, Light Fat Free Very Cherry Yogurt, peppers, nectarine, almond walnuts. more...
