well 1 week I was planning on 1kg but I've nearly done 2. drinking loads of fluids, need to I've got man flu. I think a celebratory walk with the dogs is in order
238.3 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
