Have been staying pretty good to watching what I eat and when. Going to really try and stop some of my bad habits and especially the one that causes bad behavior.......I have done this in the past but this time is different..........and I and SOO PRAYING that it works.....anyway its a good day a Friday and my Boy is going to be Starting against Wake Forest for Louisville Football Team...........GO CARDS!!!!!!!!!
