Induction Day 10 - Round 9 goes to me! Take that Fat! Down 1.6 pounds from yesterday. That makes 6 pounds in 8 days. Thank you, don't mind if I do!

I had originally wanted to lose 8 pounds while in Induction, but I may have to rethink this. Actually, I should probably not think about it at all and just do. Who knows? I could end up losing 10!

So psyched! First about the loss, then the fact that walking yesterday for an hour didn't have an adverse effect on my knee and I burned over 900 calories! Feeling good, so I plan on doing it again today.

M and I went out last night and the plan was to go to Figo's and play some pool. We got to the restaurant only to find that they were closed. Then we arrived at the pool place and there was a huge group having a flip cup tournament in the pool room. So we left. Now what? Go to Gordon Biersch to eat and play pool. Once we arrived, we noticed that they were also having an event - Open Hands was there. Strike two. At this point, we are just starved, so we try a bar near our place. It was ok. I had some wings, a burger sans bun, and a few of M's tator tots. I know, I know, not allowed, but I couldn't resist. Luckily I didn't have to pay for that this morning.

Getting a late start to the day. I've got a lot of errands to run today. Thinking about some seafood tonight, sauteed tilapia, shrimp, scallops and calamari. Maybe some stir fried cabbage, broccoli and onion. Yummy!
