Good morning! Well I had quite the busy active weekend. So because of that I fueled my body more than I usually do. It was strange eating that much, but my body needed it for working hard. Now to go back to normal. How everyone has a great week.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
