well I am still following the same diet I have been but today I was feeling very dizzy by the late afternoon. So after my workout I ate a banana and a Protein bar and Muscle-milk shake. felt better for a little while then during Kaju class about half way thru I was starting to get low on fuel so tonight for dinner I upped my calories a bit with additional fats and proteins.. I definitely feel better now. So we will see what the tale of the tape shows later on.. Hope everyone else had a good day today!!
234.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yeah that is very true. the good thing was that my weight didn't fluctuate it stayed at 234. I do feel better today,,, so far.. haven't exercised yet//
