So starting today. I am fed up of talking about it and doing little going to ease in though. Starting with setting initial goal on losing 10kg and using weight from GP a couple of weeks ago of 110kg. I'm 51 fat, smoking and lacking exercise. Doing this not just for me but hopefully with wife. Time to ditch the takeaways, eat betterer and move more.
