I think I'm starting to stall, only down some ounces in a long while, Guess I have to figure something out to kick start this weight drop again.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Well if you only have 3.6 pounds to go, then half a pound a week is pretty awesome. It took a friend of mine 6 months to lose the last 10 pounds. The less you have to lose, the slower it may come off. If you have more than that, half a pound is still pretty great. Think of half a pound of fat as 2 sticks of butter. That is a pretty good amount for the week.

well really I have about 30 more to go, but I give myself smaller goals, it doesn't stress me out as much, But thanks for all the encouragement
