Day #7 of low carb, one cheat, lots of purposeful exercise 2x per day, sometimes 3, except weekends). Mostly water lkss at this point, yesterday I was 193.. I really want to lose 10 pounds by Thanksgiving (185) then another 10 by Christmas/Birthday and maintain 175 for life. I feel good about achieving that :)
191.2 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel the same way I'm good at 175 anything else is icing on the cake. Your goal are realistic keep up the good work :-)
