Worked out on the Eliptical for 66mins this morning. Burning a total of 549 Calories at a little over 5 miles.

Feeling good and my appetite is definitely curved...I just wish the Lbs would drop faster. Only lost a few ounces since yesterday. I guess this is a healthy weight loss rate.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
