Woo hoo below 240! My goal looks so much closer on this side of 240 :) I'm proud of myself because I didn't stop. Even when I slipped up over the weekend. I took it in stride and I'm back in business. Have a great weekend everyone.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
