I got rest better and meditate I've been under a lot of stress

mood: stressed, feeling with nausea these pass two days but I started Novaring 5 days ago , so that would be it . Contraceptives have been doing that to me in the passe ...

not graving anything so far.. sticking to more whole food sources to opt. digestion, energy and getting more volume in each of my meals.

137.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
