I was pleased with the loss today. I hope I can replicate it somewhat next week. I have some eating challenges in the next few days; need to just stay on-track and enjoy portions, not feasts. I am doing some exercise--walking 2 or 3 times a week.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, good weight loss. That's a good strategy "enjoy portions, not feasts" I will have to remember that. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
