Good Evening Dear Diary. Starting NOW, I'll weigh in Once a Week. My starting weight was 189.8 lbs and this week I'm weighing in at 182.2 lbs. Now I'm losing FAT and it's harder to lose, so weighing in every 7 days is what I need to do. Also, I really need to do MORE exercising. All is well in my LOW CARB WORLD :) I'm THINKING THIN!!!!!
