Sunday September 27, 2015 Good Afternoon Dear Diary, It was a pretty cool start to the day. 42 degrees. The day is quit lovely. Since going back to my Low Carb eating, life is very good!!! I found a new Breakfast for me to have: Egg Salad with Dill Relish and Mayo, then add 3 cooked bacon slices (YUMMY). My little cat Baby loves it as well. On September 23, 2015 I weighed in at 189.8 lbs this Morning I weighed in at 182.4 lbs. Total loss 7.4 lbs By the way, that is for 4 days, I need to repeat that in only 4 days I've taken off 7.4lbs AWESOME!!!!
