After months of not weighing myself (because my self-esteem just couldn't handle it), I finally did this morning. I was surprised/not surprised to have gained about 10 lbs. since my last weigh in back in April. I was eating Whole 30 for awhile and felt great - was losing and active. The problem was that Whole 30 is, essentially, a high-ish fat diet. So, when I did veer from it, I veered to high sugar, then went back to high fat. When eating clean like that, you really have to fully commit. I'm just not there yet.

So, today I'm starting back at calorie counting so that I can get about 20 lbs off, then I'll focus on eating clean. I'm also doing CrossFit, which I've been into since the beginning of the year. This will make me hungry, but I have a plan for that, too.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
