I don't enjoy the scale after a cheat day, but watching the weight fall off a couple of days after is worth the trouble of cake and ice cream, pizza, etc.... if that's what it takes
223.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
