Went to Art in the Park and had Big ky Nachos. They were good going down but I felt bad the rest of the day. My scale shows it today also. We did go grocercy shopping last night so now the house is full of healthy things to eat.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
