Well no change in weight lost dont know if Iam suprised or not. All the working out Iam doing. I do feel like Iam toning up but I can't imagine with all the running that its pure muscle and no fat going bye bye,Oh well Ill stick with it. Gona try getting in a run today then I have to be off for shopping and party planning for tomorrow and need to make it an early night, have to be up at 3am tomorrow to cook the pig!!!!And Iam no morning person
164.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You probably are aware of this but I'll say it anyway. Although muscle tissue weighs more than fat, fat is much easier to burn off than it is to build muscle tissue. Water is usually the culprit. Also, you should try to weight yourself at the same time each time you do so to maintain consistency on that end. If you are consuming less energy than you are burning, you should eventually start losing weight. Good Luck!
