This week is certainly turning out the right way after all.....after 3 weeks of staying the same or losing tiny amounts despite working hard....a few pounds have shifted all in the last few days....I guess my body caught up with all the hard work :)Thank goodness I didn't give up! x
166.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
