Last night I fell out of the calorie-counting bus with the braai :-( But then came Tuesday!!

Had toast and cheese for breakfast

Gonna try and finish my chicken muffins (frikkedel) by snack time so I can have 2 at 11:00

Lunch I want to try a tuna broccoli salad.

Snack will be the chicken muffins again.

And dinner I'm making chicken pieces and briccoli. Still looking for a good recipe.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
