I have been eating poorly & not exercising lately, but I am starting afresh today, on a clean slate.
243.4 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1149 kcal Fat: 47.18g | Prot: 64.24g | Carb: 122.98g.   Breakfast: Red Bull Energy Drink Sugar Free (Can), Apples, Bananas, Gero Fat Free Exotic Berries Yoghurt. Lunch: Knorr Light French Salad Dressing, Beef Oxtails, Cucumber (with Peel), Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Pork Chops or Roasts (Loin Blade, Bone-In, Lean Only), Knorr Light French Salad Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: Cadbury Dairy Milk. more...
