Started weight watchers
217.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

I love WW. Read all your materials. Get in your healthy guidelines (lean protein, lean dairy, fruits, veggies and oil). Stay hydrated and be active. A food scale and measuring cups are great tools to help you learn proper portions. I made myself a little home gym. I got some weights, workout dvds and a mat. Remember, progress not perfection.
