It's a rather cool start to the day. 42 degrees this Morning. Last night I turned on the pellet stove, knowing it was going to be on the cool side this Morning.
Well, here I am weighing in at 189.8 lbs. Man oh Man when am I ever going to stop this vicious circle with my up and down weight. I've started yet another Low Carb eating plan. My measurement are as follows: Bust: 40" Waist: 38" Hips: 44" Rt. Thigh: 22" Rt. Upper Arm: 16". I'll start doing some light exercising in afew days.
I'm going to end my journal with my matra THINKING THIN :)
