Day 8. I beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Didn't know that I had it in me to complete a cleanse, and I'm almost there. Proud of myself and especially of my hubby for sticking to it! Not sure if the weight will come back but just actually following through with this has me ready to jog down the street with Rocky's theme song following me as I go. 😂😂😂 #stayhealthy #maintainweightloss

160.4 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
