I did not do well this week at all. I ate all weekend and didn't exercise. i din't drink my water like i was suppose to all week I told myself it is because I didn't feel well. I am having to start all over with watching what i am eating I am already back to old habits. It is so easy to revert to bad I wish it was as easy to go back to good habits. LOL
212.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey Jujul, I have been slacking a little the last few days also. It's so hard to stay committed. But we can do it! I have been doing much better on drinking my daily amount of water. I really believe this helps! We'll both get back on track and press forward!!!
