So I actually lost a good chunk of weight. I know that my weight fluxes through the week and my lightest day is usually Friday but I usually don't drop 2 pounds 2 days in a row.

I want to say great and lets keep going with dropping the weight but idk if this will last, and if should it last?
260.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 80.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
