Ok I did it, I can now sit down in my Brides Maids dress. I achieved my goal but can afford to loose some more weight within the 18 days before the wedding for a slightly better fit. I am so happy right now.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
