Not at all happy that I have stayed the same again after 5 more days of being really good food wise (following slimming world) and also exercising :(
BUT...at least it hasn't increased - then all motivation would be gone!!!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
