Woo hoo! Down 4 pounds this week. Finally making some pound progress. Crossing my fingers that I've been finally able to break free from the dreaded plateau. Also lost 3.5 cm in my body measurements. Going to do my best to keep moving forward.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
