While I didn't make a lot of progress with my weight loss this week, I did manage to lose 2 inches off my body measurements. I'll take it and try for fewer pounds next week.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
