I can't seem to keep on track. I do well through the week but not on weekends. Maybe I am just not ready to do this.I know it is difficult to lose weight as you get older but I can't seem to lose much at all. I go down 2 lbs then back up. I have added Zumba for exercise. I guess I am tagged as an emotional eater. Help!!!! Perhaps summer for me is not a good time to lose weight. I know losing weight is hard anytime but I feel with vacationing and summer parties it just gets me off track every time. Sept is here and I am on my last week of vacation so I am going to get back on track next week. I make this promise to myself. I also have to remember that because I am 50 my body is not going to look like it did when I was 25. Afterall I need to be realistic.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
