Losing 4 lbs has been quite journey for me. I have been eliminating sweets and junk food totally. Do I crave these things? Yes very meuch so. When I get home from work, I really want to grab something to munch on....no not veggies but something sweet. I think it is because I am tired and having something sweet gives me the strength to keep going. I have to really fight the urge to grab something. I know I will never look like I did in my 20's & 30's but it would be nice to see that scale move down a few notches. Ok I saw it now but it will be interesting what happend ove the next week or two.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
