Exercising 3 times a week and starting to feel better about it each time I work out. My weight is flat now, getting better again at portion control, should start seeing some change soon!
276.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
