I wasn't feeling great yesterday. Came home after being at work for 2 hours. I laid around on the couch all day and watched tv. Not feeling 100% today but I think I'll make it
136.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
