Drank a large Diet Pepsi today at lunch. This may be harder to kick than I thought. However, did really well staying on program for lunch out.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Most people on Atkins don't give up their coffee or diet pop entirely. The good news is that as you integrate more and more water into your diet, your need for the diet pop will go down. When I started I was @ 3/day, now I'm down to one.
