My foot is back to normal, though I am still easing back into my normal workout routine. I'm starting to walk again, with sneakers on.

For the month of September, I am doing an abs and butt challenge that a friend invited me to on facebook. I was talking about it to my husband, and our 6-year-old daughter overheard us. She asked if she could do it with me! She and I already do push-ups, crunches, jumping jacks, bicycles, burpees, and a few other exercises together. For the challenge, I pretty much only need to teach her frog crunches. I'm excited to have a workout buddy! :D
114.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
