OK so tomorrow is my birthday, no I don't want cake but I want a Reuben. Do I say, yeah with or no and stick to plan? So afraid to eat out at restaurant. I did a few weeks back, but it was someone else's bday and I skipped bread, got salmon with grilled tomatoes. This is kind of different, I want that salty rueben or pastrami. Hmmmm, what to do?
