Travelled too much recently. Eaten ok, but haven't had the intensity in my runs. I've been taking Gypsy w/ me on many of my runs - more enjoyable, but more stops.
166.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
