I have been working out 4 days a week the past month. I personal situation is in flux and I have having to move. This has caused me high anxiety and it turns out helps suppress my appetite. I am however eating pretty healthy and really watching my sugar intake and my white flour. My drinking however is an issue because if I stopped that my wt loss would be much greater..........but as always I am working on it. My plan is to continue to work out, keep my self busy with a Class I am going to at the Christian Theological Seminary school up by Butler University and also go to different classes at the Creek. Next month may start the Celebrate Recover meetings they have on Mondays then my class on Tuesday and with me working out 4 days a week or more but no longer then 60 to 70 mins at a time. I will soooo Miss Kathy........:(
244.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
