A nice drop--5.4 lbs! Now....I have to qualify that I had definitely eaten A LOT before weighing in. I have been sticking to program (on 5th day now) and have exercised twice. I do need to keep myself from getting too hungry...I waited too long between breakfast and lunch today and was starved.

Going to a banquet tonight, so I have to keep myself in-check!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.3 lb a week
