I have been a member of Weight Watchers for over a year now, and have lost a total of 65lbs. My goal is not to just loose the weight, but to learn a new lifestyle. I have tried many other diets in the past and had great weight loss, and quickly gained it all back once I stopped. I lost the weight quickly but did not learn what triggered me to eat unhealthy. My journey is slow but everyday I learn more about myself and why I do what I do and how to change.
