2.97mi on precor( eliptical/stepper)--burning 311cals.
stepped slowly for 15mins burning 156 cal adding another 1.16mi.
max hearttate 165.
50crunches 10pushups.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
