971 kcal Fat: 37.46g | Prot: 44.15g | Carb: 117.19g.   Breakfast: Ultra Thin Pastrami, Bananas, tea, 1% milk, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch: snyders naturals garden veggie sticks, sargento 2% provolone cheese, Onions, kroger brand deli roast beef, miracle whip, Tomatoes, healthy life high fiber 100% whole wheat bread, Lettuce, spicy mustard. Dinner: kroger sugar free banana popscicles, Baby Carrots, naturally fresh lite ranch dressing, smart ones lasagne florentine. Snacks/Other: smart food white cheddar popcorn. more...

I like looking at your weightloss curve, it keeps going in the right direction! On days when I go up I think about your curve, and realise that my curve also is going down if I look at the big piture. On good days I like seeing it because it makes me happy that you are successful too!
