out of town Monday didn't weigh.......I think I need to redo my interdiction phase strict like I did the first 2 weeks of this diet...I feel like I am spinning my wheels.....Anxious to be below 200..so close ...yet so far away..
207.1 lb Lost so far: 43.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It couldn't hurt. Something else you might try is the 16:8 Intermittent Fasting to get you back on track. That is what I am trying. I am desperate to get below 200.
