Still sticking with the low carb diet-no flour, no sugar. The most challenging thing so far has been that most everything in my cabinets is either flour or sugar based--cereals, crackers, cookies.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Get rid of the stuff in the cabinets!

Most people going on a low carb diet start by cleaning out the cabinets and pantry of anything that is high carb. The other option is to move slowly and eat the food you have but replace it with low carb substitutes. Good luck.
