Another lb.! I know, I'm weighing more often than I wanted to at first, but it's nice to see it going down. Also shows me that I do get over those slumps! I've also been eating a lot of meat this last weekend and I didn't cut out eating nuts even though I was getting back on plan after my vacation.. anyway, I think I've lost more since I've been eating more, which is good.
*edit* Oh yes, I've been meaning to mention-- back to high ketosis(dark purple)! I started seeing low ketosis again only 3 days after going back on plan after my 4-day (semi-planned) hiatus.
Also, Choth mentioned to me that Atkins says you can splurge a little for a day if you're stuck to kick start your system.. I forgot that Atkins does say that, lol.. I glossed over it because I didn't want to think of cheating! Good to know though, if I get stuck again I can eat more carbs but I'll be sure not to eat all the crap I ate on vacation.
