Good luck on the new start. YOU CAN DO IT! Its just takes a lot of focus. I started over on tuesday the 4th and I find my focus to be stron enough to stop me from grabbing the snack when I go to the fridge. I am trying to train myself not to go to the fridge just because I am bored or stressed. Here is where I come instead. So keep me informed if you need help or just plain support. Chris
