Ok. So I havent been doing too good. I was alright the first day, then went to a conference where I have just discovered sushi - needless to say it has not been a good few weeks. I started again today and yes I'm still actually 4 pounds heavier. Working on it!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good luck on the new start. YOU CAN DO IT! Its just takes a lot of focus. I started over on tuesday the 4th and I find my focus to be stron enough to stop me from grabbing the snack when I go to the fridge. I am trying to train myself not to go to the fridge just because I am bored or stressed. Here is where I come instead. So keep me informed if you need help or just plain support. Chris
