It is saddening that I am gaining more weight instead of losing it. I have started again today. I am going to try the cabbage diet initially and start working on eating healthier. So - no sugar, no alcohol and no meat for a while. I need to detox so badly.
I dont know what plan to follow right now. I need a lot of help.

I just had some Chinese food and its sitting in my belly. I am at such a low point at the moment that I need comfort. Since I dont have a shoulder to cry on, food kinda does it for me.
So I dont know what my weight is going to be at the end of the month. I do promise to snap out of this though and to start again - maybe tommorow/ or Friday. I will see:-)

Ok. So I havent been doing too good. I was alright the first day, then went to a conference where I have just discovered sushi - needless to say it has not been a good few weeks. I started again today and yes I'm still actually 4 pounds heavier. Working on it!
